Q: What is cryotherapy and how does it work?

A: Cryotherapy uses concentrated cold application to target specific areas of your body. For fat reduction treatments, we use 8-minute sessions to crystallize and eliminate fat cells naturally through your lymphatic system. Our RN-owned mobile spa brings professional-grade equipment directly to your location for maximum convenience and expert delivery of care.

Q: What results can I expect?

A: Our clients typically see a 20-30% reduction in treated areas. Results develop gradually over several weeks, to months, as your body naturally processes the treated fat cells. Unlike traditional coolsculpting that’s limited to 5×3 applicator parameters, we offer customizable full-area treatments for optimal results.

Q: Is the treatment painful?

A: Cryo fat freezing services can be uncomfortable, but the discomfort is very temporary. What you’re feeling during that deep stinging sensation is the feeling of your fat cells crystalizing- being destroyed. The sensation is brief and once we move on from that section it is immediately resolved. Our RN-delivered approach ensures your safety and comfort throughout the session. There is no downtime after treatment.

Q: How does the mobile service work?
A: We bring our professional equipment directly to your home in the Lexington area. All you need to provide is space for the equipment and a comfortable area for your treatment with good ventilation. Our RN-supervised team handles all setup and ensures a professional spa experience in your chosen location.
