  • Regular movement breaks every 2 hours
  • Compression wear if recommended
  • Skin moisturizing with natural products

    Hydration and Nutrition Guidelines

    To support the body’s natural elimination process of crystallized fat cells:

    • Water intake: 2-3 liters daily
    • Anti-inflammatory foods:
      • Berries
      • Leafy greens
      • Omega-3 rich foods
    • Timing recommendations:
      • Small meals every 3-4 hours
      • Last meal 3 hours before bedtime

    Physical Activity Recommendations

      24-48 hours post-treatment:
    • Stay active
    • Add yoga and stretching
    • Add brisk walking, or hiking

      After 48 hours:
    • Moderate cardio
    • Light resistance training
    • Regular nature walks (aligning with your personal motivation source)
    • Swimming, cycling
    • It is okay to increase your level of activity as tolerated
